[ELTIKOM] Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy Update

To continuously improve the quality of published articles and to strengthen the management and sustainability of the journal, the Editorial Board of Jurnal ELTIKOM : Jurnal Teknik Elektro, Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer hereby announces the implementation of an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy with the following provisions:

Starting from Volume 10, Number 1 (Year 2026), all manuscripts accepted and published in ELTIKOM Journal will be subject to an APC of IDR 1,500,000 for authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, all authors from institutions outside Indonesia are exempted from any publication fees, and no APC will be charged for international authors.

This policy is introduced to support:
- the enhancement of editorial quality,
- the improvement of journal management and publication services,
- the maintenance of ethical publishing standards, and
- the sustainability of Jurnal ELTIKOM : Jurnal Teknik Elektro, Teknologi Informasi dan Komputeras an open-access scientific publication.

The APC will be charged only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication, and it does not influence the editorial decision-making process, which remains strictly based on academic merit and peer-review outcomes.
